Scholarships for the 2023-2024 Academic Year
Sandy Spears is now the Scholarship Committee chair; other members are Linda Thompson, Mary Ellen Baker, Kris Pitts and Judy Thomas and Donna Levitch.
The Women's Club awarded $64,000 in scholarships for the 2021-22 academic year.
The total to be awarded for the 2022-2023 academic year is $40,000.
The Women's Club of University of Louisville offered the following scholarships for the 2022-2023 academic year:
The club plans to award three $6,000 scholarships this year;
An anonymous donor awarded two $11,000 rollover scholarships to students who are seniors.
An additional Scholarship has been established by the Creative Cooking Class in honor of WCUL member, Lelia Sublett.
All scholarships are based on need and academic excellence.
