We will be going to Clifty Falls State Park in Madison Indiana the first Saturday in June, The cost is $9.00/car load and it is about an hours drive away, so we should arrange some carpool options. Anyone that has a larger vehicle and is willing to drive let me know, or if you have a usual shared car let me know that as well. My goal is that we meet at Clifty Falls around 10:15 so carpools should meet up around 9 am to make that meeting time.

Also those of you that have gotten your Zoo Walk cards, I will be walking the zoo on Friday mornings and you are welcome to join me. Meet at 8 am in the zoo parking lot. Google GetHealthyWalkingClub  sponsored by Norton Healthcare and complete the information, you will get your card in about 10 days. 

I will lead those attending on a 2 mile loop through the zoo, you can abbreviate it to a one mile loop as well. The Kentucky or Virginia Fringe trees are in bloom, as are the Red Buckeye trees, if you haven't been to the zoo in awhile they have done a wonderful job with the displays, the animals are quite alert in the morning as they are all anticipating breakfast. As an added bonus for the next 4 weeks the lantern display will be up, while best viewed at night it is still something to behold in the day. We can also visit Nords bakery on the corner of Trevilian and Poplar Level Road post walk for a coffee and Danish for those who wish.
